Our career coaching service is designed for young people in secondary schools and undergraduates, and graduates. 
It is structured to cater to unique needs like SELF-DISCOVERY, CAREER EXPLORATION, and CAREER PLANNING. These intensive sessions (2-3) are filled with insightful information and practical guide, and an assortment of assessment tests to help students make informed decisions with respect to career choices, career paths, goal setting, and pursuit of their dreams.
At the end of the coaching sessions, the participants would
- be able to choose the right careers mapped to their academic strengths, natural strengths, talents and passions
- be able to combine vocational careers (requiring short-term trainings) and specialist careers (requiring university education)
- be able to identify the specific work environments that suits their personality and talents
- be able to create a multiple career path aligned with their lifelong dreams
- be able to convince their parents should differences arise
- be able to work and learn while in college
- be able to differentiate between passions that can be turned into successful careers and those passions without only opportunities for leisure

- Career Exploration Workbook customized with each student’s picture, bio-data and the school’s logo
- Projector based teaching
- Internet based career exploration exercises (where available)
- Report Cards to the parents of each student, and the school management
